If you live in Bedford or the surrounding area, you’ll find our office is convenient to visit. At your first visit, our dentist will introduce themself and talk to you about what brings you to our office and what we can accomplish together. Once that happens, we’ll go through your previous dental history and any necessary steps to get you set up for treatment.

At DFW Implant Team, we love meeting new and seeing returning patients. We understand that your time is important. We try to keep our appointments on time and as scheduled. If you have not yet scheduled an appointment, please give us a call.
Before your appointment, you can fill out your patient forms through the portal below. If you have trouble filling out the forms online, please arrive at your appointment 10 minutes early.

We deliver quality care at the most reasonable cost. However, we are not in contact with any dental insurance companies. This allows our board-certified professionals to provide treatment plans without limitations from third parties. While our office does not accept insurance for payment, we are happy to submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement.
Our friendly administration staff is always here to help you navigate payment options. Whether opting to finance or pay with cash for a 5% discount over a $1,000.00 surgery, please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by the office.

Yes. Our Bedford office is easy to locate and has free parking, making visits easy and convenient!
Do you accept dental emergencies?
Drs. Steinberg & Vazquez and our team of experienced dental professionals set time aside in the schedule for those unexpected dental emergencies. If you’re experiencing a dental emergency, please give our office a call. We can usually see you the same day.
What insurance do you accept?
Our Bedford office does not accept insurance for payment. Although we do not accept dental insurance, we are happy to submit the documentation for you. We do accept a variety of payments, including cash, credit and debit, and FSAs and HSAs.
